I have degrees in law and psychology. Mediation fit in with my beliefs and abilities, so I switched from law to mediation full-time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I use a Common Ground approach to mediation, a combination of facilitative and transformative mediation. I work to empower those in a dispute in order to help them come up with the best solutions to their problems.
