How long have you been in business?
Mr. Arata has been practicing law in Indiana since 1980. Before that, he practiced law in California. He is also board certified in "Criminal Trial Advocacy" by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
What is your primary product or service?
We protect people from the government.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We attend many seminars, and also speak at many seminars, each year to attempt to keep on top of the ever changing legal rules and statutes.

We are located on the 14th floor of the Lincoln Tower across the street from the Allen County Courthouse.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, cash and credit cards. Please note that federal law requires us to report any payments in cash or cashier checks equalling or exceeding $10,000 to the federal government.
Which areas do you service?
We defend people accused in Federal and State Courts in Indiana.

Patrick J. Arata is the managing lawyer.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
