How long have you been in business?
Our parent company, NIWS, has been in business and serving the Fort Wayne area since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary field is Computer PC Repair and Setup Services. We're also well known for repairing Kindle Fire screens.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
To each person, certain things just come naturally. To us, working with computers is simply second nature. In fact, the president of the company has worked with computers since about 1988.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Simply put, we provide honest, professional, and friendly service. We only install legit operating systems. We don't try to switch you into the "latest and greatest," we work with you to make what you have work the way you want it to. It seems that honesty is rarely found in companies these days, so we're proud to be amoung those few.

We're located on Chambeau Road - which is off Lima Road beside STS Security. We're inside a large office building.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
Our primary area of service is Fort Wayne, Indiana. However, we have done service calls for most of Allen County and DeKalb County in special situations.
What are your hours of operation?
Our official hours are: M-F 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you're coming in the morning, it's best to come in after 11:00 am.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
My favorite is when people tell us "you're my new computer guys now."
