How long have you been in business?
Have been working with computers for 13 years in different capacities. I recently began expanding my own business services.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in small business support of 75 employees or less, and residential customers. We provide support on a call as needed basis for smaller businesses or residential customers, and we also provide contracted support for larger businesses. Contract support provides the customer with a set fee to support their business servers and desktops to manage costs without hiring full time staff. We manage their network for one cost, no additional billing fees for issues that arise.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always had an interest in computing and networking, and I took that interest to the next level by taking training and schooling. I eventually made a career change into this field full time, working for another company. I have operated my own busines on the side for some time and am now expanding my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I run a sole proprietorship, working as a consultant giving personalized service to my customers. My customers deal directly with me. They do not get an employee putting in his hours for the day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location.

I own and run the business.
What are your hours of operation?
Normal hours are 9 - 5, Monday thru Friday. We offer critical support services outside of these hours for an additional fee.
