The Olympia Candy Kitchen has been welcoming visitors for over a century in its unchanged location in downtown Goshen, Indiana. Its tradition began in 1912 when Greek immigrant Nicholas Paflas began making his own hand-dipped chocolates and running the soda fountain...the old-world way, with friendly and courteous service.
